This Los Angeles scene was build by me and Scott Duquette in a 48 hour marathon. It was being used as a tech demo background to demonstrated Windward-Mark-Interactive's "Windlight-Technology" one of many unique graphics effects featured in "Alliance" which they decided to license out to help finance the development of the game. This is one of the things I am most proud of from my days in Boston I especially loved it when the street lights and windows would get slowly switched on during the night cycle.
